It is my pleasure to introduce ourselves to you. Wells of Hope is a non-profit making Christian organization with our main offices located in Kampala, Uganda. We work to help alleviate the pain caused by deprivement to children of people in prison.
Wells of Hope will host the 9th International study week on Children with Incarcerated Parents under the theme “Opening Gates for Children with Incarcerated Parents” with a prospect to consolidate our experiences, to share new knowledge, skills, to discuss ways to help the children better. The Study week will run from 17th to 22nd July 2024 in Uganda.
During the one week, Wells of Hope team will take participants to visit villages and isolated families of people in prison.
Participants will also visit the parents of these children in selected prisons in Uganda and will also visit the children at The Wells of hope Schools.
And at the end of the study week we will hold “a HYBRID Panel discussion.” During the discussion the Study week participants will share their experiences and you will have a chance to contribute by asking questions or by making a comment.
