We invite you to Help us make a difference in the lives of prisoners, ex-prisoners and children and families of prisoners. As a volunteer or intern with us, you will help feed the hungry and provide aid to children and families in poverty as a result of crime.

Our Volunteers are given free training; however, they meet their own cost of transport, housing and feeding. In some cases we may provide free transport depending on the availability of funds. When you commit your self to volunteer with Wells of Hope, you will visit us, interact with prisoners, formerly incarcerated people and families of prisoners.
There are also other opportunities you may volunteer in and these include: clerical or office support, website maintenance, newsletter writing, training and other ways that may add to the benefit of Wells of Hope.
We welcome volunteers from countries outside Uganda, conditions of such volunteers may vary – contact us for additional information.
The period for volunteers varies from a week to more than a year.
