This is an outreach to people affected by crime; this involves prisoners, ex-prisoners and their families.Although Wells of Hope ministries is a vision God gave Francis in 1998 while he was praying and seeking Him,which covers different ministry outreaches,Wells Of Hope Prison Out reach was formed in 2002 by Francis Ssuubi in Murchision Bay Prison Luzira kampala,where he was an in mate on remand for 68 days.The ultimate aim Wells of Hope-Prison Outreach,is to unlock the prison gates, so that people who have been bound can be set free. We have the Master keys and secret-Jesus Christ,” If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36

Prison Visits.
We organize and conduct outreaches to prisons, through our volunteers; we physically visit and interact with prisoners. During our visits we pray, sing and offer counseling. We also donate materials such as Soap, game equipments, clothes, bibles, and literature.
Volunteer Training
We help churches and other organizations in their outreach to people affected by crime through training of their volunteers and other means such as training churches to care for ex-prisoners in a practical way.
Outreach Prisoners Living with HIV/AIDS
We provide help to prisoners living with HIV/AIDS,Working with Uganda Prison Service, we began a pilot program to find out how prisoners living with AIDS would respond to soy protein.So on the 24th March 2006, we launched the programme in Upper Prison, Luzira Maximum Security Prison. We are feeding 300 prisoners living with AIDS every day.
Freedom Homes.
These are centres for released prisoners, we hope to provide shelters, counselling and vocational training to ex-prisoners. We will assist in finding housing and jobs. This Programme is expected to kick off by December 2006.
Hidden treasure-Christmas Children Programme.
. During Christmas time we help to ease the pain of a parent separated from children at Christmas time by visiting and caring for these children.Click here to find out this year's Hidden treasure .
We also hope to establish a Christian centre for prisoners and ex-prisoners children..Our target this christmas season December 2006 is 100 families,we need volunteers who will go out with us, we also need gifts for the families and ,money which we can give to support such families.We also hope to establish a Christian centre for prisoners and ex-prisoners children
Areas Of Operation

At the present our operation areas include all prisons in Uganda.
The Prison Conditions in Uganda are still below the required standards and this makes life of a prisoner in Uganda to be at risk, and indeed not conducive..Read more
